What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Build Relationships: Connect with small business owners, understand their challenges, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Client Communication: Use empathy and active listening to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our marketing/leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- CRM Management: Keep track of your leads, interactions, and progress using our CRM system.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Strong desire to help small businesses grow through effective digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on empathy and active listening.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- No formal education is required—just a passion for sales and helping others.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and live in any U.S. city.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web design) is preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and software, including CRMs and lead generation platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection with resilience.

Responsibilities for Cold Leads/Outreach
- Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential prospects through digital tools, social media, industry publications, and networks.
- Build and maintain a target list of companies and contacts.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and organize outreach efforts.
- Signing up and attending trade shows that are industry specific
- Joining networking group and attending networking events.
- Cold Outreach:
- Initiate outreach via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or direct mail.
- Develop personalized outreach messages that highlight how the agency’s services can address the prospect’s potential pain points.
- Follow a multi-touchpoint approach, using various platforms to build brand awareness.
- Lead Qualification:
- Qualify cold leads through discovery questions to assess fit for the agency's services.
- Move qualified leads into the sales pipeline and schedule discovery or qualification calls.
- Pitching:
- Present the agency’s services, case studies, and relevant success stories during cold outreach.
- Tailor the sales pitch to the prospect’s specific industry or business challenges.
- Relationship Building:
- Maintain regular contact with prospects who show initial interest but aren’t ready to commit.
- Engage in follow-up sequences to nurture leads and stay top of mind for future business opportunities.
- CRM and Outreach Reporting:
- Record all outreach activities, responses, and progress in CRM.
- Provide outreach activity reports, including the number of contacts made, follow-ups scheduled, and opportunities generated.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Collect feedback from cold outreach efforts to adjust strategies for improving response and conversion rates.
- Continuously refine and optimize cold email scripts, call scripts, and outreach strategies.
**Compensation will vary for this role.**
**Starting salary of $50,000. Plus uncapped commission.**
