We’re seeking a motivated, empathetic Sales Representative to join our team. With 90% of your leads coming from warm referrals through the WIX platform, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, client-focused environment. In addition to the warm leads that you will be receiving an important responsibility of your will be to seek out enterprise and blue-chip companies.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Engage Warm/Cold Leads: Reach out to warm leads from the WIX platform, helping them understand how our services can meet their needs.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with small business owners, understand their challenges, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Client Communication: Use empathy and active listening to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our marketing/leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of your leads, interactions, and progress using our CRM system.

Responsibilities for Warm Leads

  1. Initial Contact:
  • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat.
  • Qualify the lead by understanding their specific needs, business goals, and pain points.


  1. Nurturing the Lead:
  • Provide tailored solutions by presenting relevant services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media management, etc.)
  • Answer any questions or concerns the lead has about services, pricing, or timelines.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or meetings to dive deeper into the lead’s objectives
  1. Proposal and Follow-up:
  • Create and send custom proposals based on the lead’s needs
  • Follow up persistently and consistently until a decision is reached, leveraging email, phone, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Maintain open communication throughout the proposal phase to address any last-minute objections or needs.
  1. Closing the Deal:
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Secure agreements and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the account manager or onboarding team once the deal is closed.
  1. Client Onboarding Assistance:
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure the new client is set up for success, attending meetings if necessary.
  1. CRM and Reporting:
  • Keep CRM software updated with lead status, activities, and notes.
  • Report on lead status, deal progress, and closed sales to management.

Responsibilities for Cold Leads/Outreach

  1. Prospecting:
  • Research and identify potential prospects through digital tools, social media, industry publications, and networks.
  • Build and maintain a target list of companies and contacts.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and organize outreach efforts.
  • Signing up and attending trade shows that are industry specific
  • Joining networking group and attending networking events.
  1. Cold Outreach:
  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or direct mail.
  • Develop personalized outreach messages that highlight how the agency’s services can address the prospect’s potential pain points.
  • Follow a multi-touchpoint approach, using various platforms to build brand awareness.
  1. Lead Qualification:
  • Qualify cold leads through discovery questions to assess fit for the agency's services.
  • Move qualified leads into the sales pipeline and schedule discovery or qualification calls.
  1. Pitching:
  • Present the agency’s services, case studies, and relevant success stories during cold outreach.
  • Tailor the sales pitch to the prospect’s specific industry or business challenges.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects who show initial interest but aren’t ready to commit.
  • Engage in follow-up sequences to nurture leads and stay top of mind for future business opportunities.
  1. CRM and Outreach Reporting:
  • Record all outreach activities, responses, and progress in CRM.
  • Provide outreach activity reports, including the number of contacts made, follow-ups scheduled, and opportunities generated.
  1. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect feedback from cold outreach efforts to adjust strategies for improving response and conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine and optimize cold email scripts, call scripts, and outreach strategies.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Strong desire to help small businesses grow through effective digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on empathy and active listening.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • No formal education is required—just a passion for sales and helping others.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and live in any U.S. city.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web design) is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and software, including CRMs and lead generation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection with resilience.
