We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Manager to oversee all creative aspects of our company. The ideal candidate will lead our Web Design team, ensuring brand consistency across all projects. This role demands a blend of creative vision, project management skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capability to execute high-profile projects personally.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Oversight:

  • Lead and inspire the Web Design team to produce high-quality, innovative work.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and collaboration.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  1. Brand Consistency:

  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms and projects.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align creative efforts with marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to brand standards.


  1. Project Management:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of web projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the creative team and other departments.
  • Project Execution: Develop clear project timelines, assign tasks, and oversee the successful launch of each website.
  • Quality Control: Review websites for functionality, security, and compliance before deployment.
  • User Testing: Conduct usability tests to ensure a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.
  • Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues, downtime, and performance bottlenecks.
  1. Creative Strategy:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client objectives and enhance their brand identity.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate into creative processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform creative strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine and improve the final output.
  1. Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the creative process, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Conduct initial client meetings to understand their vision, goals, and expectations.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Facilitate client feedback sessions, incorporating their input into the creative process.
  1. Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all creative work.
  • Review and approve all creative materials, including designs, videos, and marketing collateral, before delivery to clients.
  • Implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the creative process.
  1. Execution of High-Profile Projects

  • Take a hands-on approach in executing high-profile projects, ensuring exceptional quality and creativity.
  • Work closely with clients on these projects, providing expert guidance and ensuring their vision is brought to life.
  • Balance the demands of overseeing teams with the need to directly contribute to critical projects.
  1. Website Design, Development & Management

  • Full Website Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of website projects, from concept and wireframing to launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Website Creation & Customization: Design and develop websites using WordPress, Wix, and Shopify, ensuring responsiveness and optimization.
  • Elementor Pro Expertise: Build and customize WordPress sites using Elementor Pro, leveraging its features for high-quality, scalable designs.
  • Content Management: Ensure content updates, layout adjustments, and branding elements align with client objectives.
  • Website Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for website speed, mobile-friendliness, and accessibility.
  1. Technical Expertise

  • Hosting & Server Management: Work with various hosting providers (e.g., SiteGround, WP Engine, Bluehost) to set up, migrate, and maintain websites.
  • DNS & Domain Management: Configure and troubleshoot domain records, DNS settings, and SSL certificates to ensure proper website connectivity.
  • Email & MX Records: Set up email configurations, troubleshoot email delivery issues, and manage MX records when necessary.
  • Security & Backups: Implement security protocols, perform regular backups, and manage website recovery plans.
  • Integrations & API Management: Connect third-party applications, CRMs, and marketing tools via API integrations.
  • E-commerce & Payment Gateways: Set up and manage online stores, payment gateways, and checkout functionalities on Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix eCommerce.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a digital marketing or design agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert proficiency in WordPress (including Elementor Pro), Wix, and Shopify.
  • Understanding of DNS, domain management, SSL, and email settings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website bugs, server issues, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience with hosting platforms (e.g., Kinsta, SiteGround, WP Engine, Bluehost, GoDaddy).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing concepts, and current industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing creative teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
