Adapting Social's Benefits

Unlimited Vacation

We provide UNLIMITED vacation for all full time Team Members. A Team Member must be employed for three (3) consecutive months to be eligible for vacation pay.

MVP of the Month

This title will be awarded to the individual on the team who has exemplified the ability to be a true team player. This title is peer-nominated and monthly voting will take place! The winner receives a $100 gift card to the place of their choosing!

Gladiator of the Year

Each year, the team nominates a person in the company who not only is delivering massive value for their clients but goes above and beyond as a team player! Someone who exemplifies Adapting Social’s core values, in and out of the office. The winner of this award receives a vacation valued up to $3,000!

Winter Break

The end of the year is special in so many ways! Family time, holidays, New Years resolutions and more. We want you to use the time between Christmas and New Years to reset and prepare for the new year. That's right, no work between December 25th and January 1st.

Holiday Observances

Here is a list of all of the holidays that we observe:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Your Birthday.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

In addition to your unlimited vacation days, you will be granted 5 paid PTO days to use at your own discretion. Team Members use PTO days for last minute illness, doctor's appointments, mental days, and more.

Adapt Time

Adapt Time is a flexible 1.5 hours that we offer our team on a daily basis should they need it. We understand that last minute appointments come up, you may need some time to decompress or you like to go to the gym during the day. That's what Adapt Time is for!

Health. Vision. Dental.

Yup, you get all three! Our health care provider is Aetna and after 3 months of employment, a team member is eligible for health care coverage. We will pay 50% of an individual team member’s healthcare premium each year AND we cover 100% of your Vision Insurance.

Everyday Education

At Adapting Social we encourage all of our team members to further develop both personally and professionally. With the resources we have today, many learning opportunities are available to teach a skill, master a practice or support your overall professional development!

Health/Wellness Membership

We believe that if you have a healthy body, you will have a healthy mind. Your mental and physical health is so important to us, that we cover a portion of your billable for these services.

401K

Upon completion of 1 year of employment at Adapting Social you are eligible to participate in the employer-sponsored 401(k) plan via ADP Retirement Services, where we will match up to 2% of your contribution.

Life Insurance

Adapting Social covers $10,000 in complimentary Life Insurance and we offer additional Life Insurance policies through MetLife.

$10,000 Bonus

After working full time at Adapting Social for 5 years, we thank you with a $10,000 bonus! We want to invest in your future and thank you for contributing to ours.
